Who is Zephaniah?

The Water Harvester is a biography about the life of Zephaniah Phiri, a farmer from Zimbabwe that lived in a community that lacked natural water resources. Zephaniah developed creative ways to harvest water from outside the region and bring in to the community, and was, thus, given the name "The Water Harvester." He then taught the community members how to harvest water, and it was at this point they could drink healthy water, grow healthy crops, and enjoy a community filled with natural resources.
